Roger C. Gault, AIA
President
Formed in 2000 by Roger Gault, Gault Company is a diversified commercial real estate company that develops and invests in a wide range of property types.
Early in his career as a practicing architect, Gault moved into real estate development and investment when Hines Industrial, a division of Hines Interests, invited him to join as a project manager overseeing suburban office and industrial projects. After Hines, his career path followed with appointments as an officer with a variety of organizations, including:
- National Retail Properties, a division of Southland Corporation, where he headed the retail development division in Las Colinas, Irving, Texas
- Nansay, a Japanese development company, where he opened and led the Hawaii office, Nansay Hawaii, developing and acquiring projects of multiple types throughout the islands
- Cityplace Company, where he developed varied property types in the Uptown area of Dallas, Texas, and handled project and land sales, zoning and entitlement activities
- KDC, where, as a Partner, he was responsible for build-to-suit projects for major corporate headquarters
With over 35 years in the real estate industry, Roger Gault has developed, invested in or owned properties throughout the country, including: Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Colorado, Hawaii and South Carolina.
