The Developer acquired 7.8 acres of land located at Lake Highlands Boulevard and Easton Road in Dallas, Texas from the Federal Asset Disposition Association. The Developer was able to plat 40 zero-lot-line single-family lots on two separate cul-de-sac streets. Construction of the clearing, grading, utilities and streets was completed within eight months.
With the site being an urban location, the homebuilder was willing to contract to purchase the lots on an aggressive take-down schedule, and the lots were sold out within 12 months.
