The Developer had executed leases with a new regional airline, Muse Airlines, and an architectural firm, Fisher+Spillman Architects. With signed leases for a significant amount of the proposed 120,000 SF building, the developer began construction of the Muse Air Center at the corner of Lemmon Avenue and Travis Street in Dallas, Texas. The parking design underneath the building took advantage of the topography of the site to provide covered and secure parking for the tenants.
With the attractive uptown location and unique soaring atrium design, the building leased to stabilization shortly after construction was completed.
