The Developer led a partnership in acquiring this 1983 vintage office building in Dallas, Texas. After closing on the acquisition, the developer embarked on a major renovation in order to update the project and convert what was an outdated and mostly vacant building into a competitive option in the Midtown office leasing submarket. The renovation included replacing or updating all major building systems, life-safety and code compliance renovations, updating all of the building common areas and amenities, and finally, landscape and parking garage enhancements.
