Nokia was looking for a new headquarters for its North American operations. The new facility was designed as a 200,000 sf office building located in the master planned, mixed-use community of Las Colinas, Irving, Texas. Once construction began, however, Nokia re-evaluated it's growth and space needs, and added an additional 100,000 sf to the project, making the total project 300,000 sf.

Design and construction documents were quickly modified while construction continued. The project was quickly expanded without interrupting construction sequencing. The original completion date was met and Nokia moved in on time and within budget.
