Windstream Corporation needed to combine several locations into a single, more efficient, 12,000 SF office/warehouse facility in North Little Rock, AR. Windstream selected Gault Company to develop the project, and together they chose a 1.5 acre site in Northshore Business Park - a master-planned office park overlaid with extensive design guidelines. The building consists of 45% office area and 55% warehouse space. It was designed and constructed with sustainable and energy efficient design specifications, a major part of the client program criteria. Gault Company assembled the design and construction team locally, and completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget.

This was the second project developed for Windstream by Gault Company, the first being a 6,662 SF office/warehouse facility on a 4.75 acre site in Fairfield, Texas. That project, located in a business park developed by the Fairfield Economic Development Corporation, was also completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
